We are local and my mother has shopped here for years. Yesterday, I stopped by for the first time to look at some supplies for our new lab puppy. The gentleman that helped us was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. We picked a holistic, grain free food based on his recommendation and our dog absolutely loves it. I was thrilled with my first time experience here and will definitely be a repeat customers. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Keep up the good work!

I love how there is always someone available to answer my questions and help me find what I'm looking for. My dogs like the treats from the Dog House so much better than the crap I buy at PetSmart. I think the brands are better and they do have a bigger selection of all natural treats. The grooming seems a little over-priced so I have not used that service. Only complaint is that hours are limited so they are closed at times when it would be most convenient to go.
