Took my two airedales there on Friday. Called ahead to make sure they had groomed this type of dog before. They said that they have. The girls that did the grooming were very nice. They even had a picture of an airedale on the counter. I wish i had looked at them better before i had left. There faces were completely wrong. Gave them a rounded face should have been rectangle. I had to trim them up. One of them had a sanitary cut which looked like she scalped her. The other didn't have one at all. Will not be back, esp. after spending 82. a piece.
We attend dog training sessions with Kathy here and we love it. She is excellent. Our Waylon would have never sat still for photos prior to her instruction. Highly recommend.

Not the friendliest PetSmart I've been into. The one in Arden has always honored online discounts. Usually you spend a certain amount and you get a % off. This one said they couldn't do it. I've done it so many times at the Arden location I could've shown them where in the register the option was. This is not a very good PetSmart.
We are aquraium beginners since my 4 yr wanted fish. We have been there several times with this new adventure & ever time we have been we have gotten excellent help & tips!
