After having to pull up and wait on my pork chop biscuit to cook, I then had to go in and get it myself. Started trying to eat it going down the road after giving it some time to cool and it was completely raw in the middle. I called and spoke to the manager and she was very nice and wanted to make it right by giving me my money back, but I was already on the road.
Great food, amazing service, and I found out something most of us didn't know...... Hardee's cooks every burger to order, no old patties sitting in the back under a heater, if I order the new Hawaiian Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich (which if you have not tried I suggest you do asap), then my chicken get put on the grill right then.... Not 30+ minutes ago. Great job Hardee's for giving customers truly fresh food.
Woman working the window was extremely rude! She handed out the wrong bag of food apparently and instead asking for the bag back she opens the window and says give me that bag back. She then proceeds to give me the same bag. Comes to the window a second time and hands me a drink and says they have you the wrong size but it's okay. Of course it's the wrong size because it's also the wrong drink!
The food is consistently good. The drive thru wait is not long. Neither is the wait when you eat inside. This restaurant is very close to Walmart and the other stores close to it. They serve a good breakfast and are busy in the morning. The employees I have interacted with have been consistently friendly. Many will remember you personally after you have been there a few times making it a very nice experience.
Drive thru wait wasn't long at all. Can't go wrong with the $5 all star meals. I find the hotdogs to be a tad salty, and the burgers (highly compareable to burger king) a tad too greasey. Just my one stop visit exp. At this location.
