Food was good. But place needs improvement badly. The people were nice but understaffed and under trained resulting in slow service and long waiting times had to go to the counter to get a fork to eat with. By the time that I got it my food was almost cold.
Rude service to my pregnant wife; don't hide behind company policy that you can't add to a sandwich - I know first graders that understand how to fix a sandwich...

we stopped here on our way to DC. This was my first time ever in Arby's. We were welcomed by cute little girl SARAH who was at the front register. My friend ordered a Buttermilk buffalo chicken sandwich meal and I ordered Angus three cheese sandwich meal. The ordered came out real quick and the meal was amazing specially fries BUT more importantly the customer service as I don't eat Bacon and I didn't noticed that the order I placed has bacon in it. So I asked SARAH if I can get a replacement which she did without even a bit of hesitation.... I simply loved her attitude towards here customers... she was barely 12 -13 year old but she was smart enough to be there taking care of customers.
