Wow is all I can say! My girlfriend and I have stayed at quite a few Bed & Breakfasts throughout the country and I have to say the Windover ranks right up there with the best of the best. It's proximity to town is excellent, there is a considerable history of the property itself, Jen and Glen could not be more accommodating, and they serve some of the best breakfast in the mountains!
Loved the place the owners were very great food was delicious and I would go again.
Glenn and Jen are very hospitable and run a beautiful inn! Many of the rooms have whirlpool tubs. The whole place was immaculately clean. The yard has a hammock and swing for relaxing. Or you can sit on the massive porch and admire the beautiful vegetation. We will definitely be going back.
Wonderful hosts, breakfasts and a relaxed ambiance with all the modern comforts. Highly recomnended.
I don't know if it was just our stay, but we happened to have some of the most interesting guests to share our time at the Inn with as well. All-in-all a very nice experience!
beautiful home and close to town. However, we have had more engaging hosts and better breakfasts. Room was nice, towels very scratchy.
We were fortunate enough to have stayed in two different suites due to availability (we waited until the last minute to book). Both were well thought out and complete.
