We had a VERY good experience at Mattress Firm (and Bill is one seriously awesome salesman. In general, I'm very suspicious of salesmen, but Bill is evidence that salesmen can do good AND do well.) We shopped around some, as you should on this kind of investment, but nobody else came close on deal or service, or even selection. They did what they said they would and were very patient with our decision process. I will be back.
