Very poor experience to say the least. Called in advance to schedule a tow for one of my projects. After a solid thirty minutes from our agreed time, I decided to make a call to see where my truck was. I got a bombardment of excuses and was told that I'd have a truck soon, but he couldn't say when the truck would make it out. I called another towing place up the road; however, they were busy as well and couldn't get a truck out for a while, so I waited. Another thirty minutes pass and still no truck. Later, I get a call saying that he knew that I was trying to make other arrangements and that he had taken another job and promptly hung up on me. Professional? Hardly. Courteous? Nope. Complete waste of time? You got it. I wouldn't let these people haul my bicycle.
