I wouldn't even give them a one star if that were possible. We booked a moving truck with them and when we arrived to pick it up they inform us that they don't have a truck for us. They told us to drive to Asheville and get it. They had one on the lot which they said was reserved for someone else. After having taken a day off of work and hired movers to move us this is how they treated us. Don't go there. They won't have your truck and they won't bother to call Inconsiderate and untrustworthy are the nicest words I can use for a description!
