David helps me with sudden urgent jobs on rental houses as well as larger projects like remodeling 1950's kitchen plumbing access. He helps me think it through and has reasonable prices. I like that David will tell you when it is not a job he can take at the time and he refers you to someone that it suits better. He was great for a while. Then I asked for an estimate on a remodeling job. His crew came out, walked around wrote down some figures. I had to call him to find out when I could get the estimate. He said he would send it out in a "few weeks" Fast forward 10 months later and I am still waiting.
