Everyone in there wants to see you succeed and are willing to do what it takes to help you reach your goals. I love it because the workouts are always different, and if it is a tough one that day, you always have others doing the workout with you and encouraging you along the way. Having multiple people around you while you're working out is a huge motivating factor. CrossFit 2311 has members including all ages, from teenagers to senior citizens, come and try it out!

Great gym, great coaches, and great people. Large open space, big rig, multiple ropes, rowers, assault bikes, etc. Highly recommended if you live in the Haywood County area and want to become a member or if you are just passing through and are looking for a place to workout while in town.
