New management under Terry Wolfe is terrific. I had a warranty issue under Toyo, they were prompt, courteous and could have taken advantage of me on suspension issues but showed me everything was fine. Great firm and fair prices. Bill Wolfe, not related but wish we were. Many Thanks.

I would like to express my deep gratitude for the excellent service I received for one of the tires on my Honda Odyssey on August 19, 2017 from the service members at Clark Tire / Mr. Tire in Waynesville, NC. I had experienced tire issues on my trip from Baltimore, MD to Wayneville the prior two days, which required two AAA service visits and two other tire shop visits. The staff was courteous, kind, sympathetic, and professional. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my tire, and I have not had any troubles since! They insisted they would not to charge me for the patch repair, stating that I had been through enough already. I am forever grateful. They put my mind at ease, more so than any other tire experience I had, and I felt safe driving back home to Baltimore with my two young boys. Thank you, Clark Tire / Mr. Tire!
Get all my tires here. Good deals. Also have other services done here - tune-ups, mechanical issues, etc. Friendly, helpful staff/mechanics. Stay open until 7pm now. Waiting room, unisex bathroom. Don't have a service truck or wrecker - Really wish they did.
