After having a conversation with managers, I have gladly changed my review to five stars. Simply put, they did the right thing and have agreed to repair my vehicle. They are professional and courteous and very willing to correct the misunderstanding. I recommend this business because they truly want to do the right thing.
I bought my 2015 new dodge dart here the service department is great I love my car so much i sent 3 family members here to buy their cars I recommend buying your next car frim this dealership.my only complaint is my tires wear to fast for the price at 64k miles I have changed tires 3 times
It was just nice to walk into a dealership and be treated properly. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who has had a rather rough time purchasing a new or used vehicle. I told them our situation, explained what I wanted and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. No games, no hidden agenda. Very professional. I met with the Sales Manager Dale, he was great and then Ryan was excellent in working out the details for us. We will be back. Service Dept is adequate but don't expect them to know how to trouble shoot your problems for you. They actually told me to carry a box of fuses with me to "fix" the problem in A $60k vehicle. For sales, save yourself thousands of dollars by driving the 20 miles to Franklin. They're not hoping that you'll pay for thier imported Italian tile in the showroom.
