I can't thank Dr. Mike, Dr. Alt, and all the techs enough. They've taken great care of our cats, especially our diabetic - Spicoli. I really wouldn't know what to do without them! Since my work schedule changes, it's nice to have 2 vets that are familiar with our situation and take the time to listen to my concerns. I know it's a busy practice, but I never feel rushed or like "just another patient". Thank you all for providing such wonderful care for my fur babies! And Dr. Frankie!! We've been in on several ER vistis, and I never doubt that when I've had to leave Spicoli, that he's in the best possible place he could be.
Arrived prior to my appointment. We were not taken back until 30 minutes PAST our scheduled appointment time. Animals who came in AFTER myself were taken back & even LEFT THEIR APPOINTMENT before my dogs were taken back. I did alert the front desk at 15 minutes past our appointment, but she really couldn't have cared less. She said someone will be coming for us shortly, but another 15 minutes went by. I do not think I will be returning to this clinic.
We had an emergency with our youngest toy aussie Quinn. She ran underneath a tiller and stabbed herself on a tine. We called and drove over. They took her right in and got her stitched up quickly. She is doing well. Thanks to Dr. Mel and others.
These people take great care of my dog. She has seizures and must be monitored, they keep an eye on her and have great doctors and staff that care about animals
