This pharmacy is well run, convenient, reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, sometimes there is a long line, but that's because the prices are good, probably the best in Waynesville, though I always recommend to check around if a medication is expensive.
This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This pharmacy has no sense of urgency whatsoever!! And most of the staff are so rude and unwilling to help!! It is such an ordeal to get your meds!! They really deserve no stars!!!
I would give anything for this wait to end, we've been here for an hour and this woman keeps saying "a few minutes", I don't think she knows what that phrase means. Anyway we're leaving, I'd rather be in medical danger than sit here and wait any longer, at least the line in Hell is shorter and the people aren't as infuriating.
Thanks...sat around nauseous for 2 days before discovering the very tiny "take with food"...what happened to the large warning stickers? cheap assholes.
