Our experience with Penske and our local Waynesville office was excellent. Everyone we spoke with went out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating. And, the rates for a one-way rental truck were the best value of those that we priced. Our 16' truck was in very good condition, almost new, and was easy to drive. I will definitely use this company again!
Don't trust them for returning. Tried to claim that the truck was returned unfueled. Attempted to charge $8.00 per gallon. I had the fuel receipt from the station 1mile away. Had to contact credit card company to stop charge of $108.00.
