Prepared to order foods served with a smile...excellent service at this location...I'm sure there are busy times but I usually go late evening and never have to wait for a table....easy to find and easy to access in any traffic condition...
Best waffle house food I ever had and i have ate waffle houses prob 200+ times. Felton I believe is chef's name and he is great at his job and had a great attitude too. The waiters were great too, good sense of humor and made me feel at home and valued. Really loved the food.
Very good experience. Only had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated. Waitress gave us coffee immediately & kept the cup full throughout meal. Restaurant was packed but everyone was smiling & friendly. Meal was cooked as ordered! Will go back!
First of all, the place smelled like a mixture of Clorox and Raw meat. The waitress, named Kimberly, greeted us in a timely manner, but we were not ready to order and said we needed a couple minutes. There was hardly anyone else in there. 15 minutes later, it appeared she had totally forgotten about us. By this point we were the only table in there. She finally came over to the table and took our order. At that point I thought she would apologize and rush our order. Instead, she proceeded to clean dirty tables and wash dishes. 10 minutes later she finally calls out our order to the cook. At that point, we were so disgusted we got up and left. When we got in the car, we turned around and saw her glaring at us from inside the store. Will never go back!!
Great food. Super fast delivery of what we ordered. It was packed, every table filled and they did an excellent job with the rush. Left no one waiting. Kind people. Ran smoothly and well managed. 5 stars all the way!
