I am not an easily flustered person, yet this office left me flustered and frustrated. Moved from Texas just trying to get new plates. No communication, almost 500 bucks, no receipt, no explanation or questions.... All while rushing us through with no one behind us.
The most rude, hateful, belligerent, argumentative staff I have ever dealt with!! Every single time I go there for anything, no matter how minor, it’s a fight. Never allowed to ask any questions. Ask for a simple explanation and get immediate defensive attack!! If I could rate this office a ‘0’, I would.....1 seems way too lavish for the customer service experience!!
Rude office. Don't usually get upset easily but after the 3rd visit to this office because they weren't forthcoming with information that would help solve my issue I left almost mad. Before going back for the 4th time I decided to go to the other tag office in Canton. The issue was resolved. Just had to let others know how bad I felt after leaving here. So not necessary if some manners and respect for others were displayed in this establishment.
I'm giving 4 stars because every time, except once, I was treated well and people were nice....except for one lady. She looked at me like she smelled something vile and like I was hassling her. It's not fair to the nice ladies to be given an unfair review due to one unpleasant individual. Thank you ladies for being so nice and helpful. For the other lady, there are several churches and therapists in Haywood County that could find the root(s) of all that hatefulness. Godspeed.
