Service was great & very helpful. Problem occurred when the expensive black opal stone they mounted got loose and fell out. It was never recovered

The first thing I was told was that she would have to check the authenticy of my Grandmothers 80 year old wedding ring. I was told it would be two weeks so when I called on the set date to pick it up they hadn’t started working on it. I guess bc it wasn’t a big enough diamond it wasn’t worth the effort . I’ll go to Kay Jewelry’s next time maybe they will show more respect
