Terrible experience... Own cabin, paid over 12,000 for work, major problems in cabin, leak, mantle was but on with exposed lag bolts, exposed flashing through rock work, ripped off gutter and never re-installed, now I can't get a call back - not from store, from owner, nothing...... I'll have to drive up to cabin and spend my next trip back in court. Par for the course.... 2nd time this has happened while building in the area. As far as I'm concerned, these folks are CROOKS!!!! I can't believe I have been asked to review. Well...the chimney sweep seemed to be good. Nice young man, who talked like he knew what he was doing. I hope all is well when I build a fire in the winter. However, when he left my house he hit a huge rock I had placed to keep people out of the ditch and my flowers. He backed out of drive way and, as young people do, was either in a hurry or just a bad driver, hit the rock and almost pushed it into the deep ditch it was there to keep people from driving into. He was careless. I won't use them again.
We've had this company do a lot of work at our house. They ALWAYS do more than what they were hired to do. I think I've met most of their employees by now and they're all friendly, courteous and very clean! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing fireplace repairs or installation.
Excellent Service. Sandy came out to look at our fireplace and measure for appropriate wood stoves. It was very reassuring to have her assess the situation in person. They had the stove quickly and even navigated an error from the wood stove manufacturers in time to be ready for our scheduled install. The two technicians that came to do the install were kind, thorough, respectful and answered all my questions. They took the time to check on a concern we'd reported to Sandy about our oil furnace and caught a safety and efficiency issue that our regular providers had not addressed despite annual maintenance. Above and beyond expectations in all categories. We will continue to have Clean Sweep maintain our stove and chimney and have already recommended them to friends.
The service, professionalism, and courtesy extended by our installer, Rory, is unlatched. I'm very grateful for his help with replacing our broken gas fireplace. He truly went above and beyond to give us a warm mountain winter.
