This Lowe's has easy access and plenty of handicap parking. It's all one floor so there is no elevator. It is very accessible for handicapped people.
Can normally find whatever I'm after. Costumer service has gotten better then use to be. Sometimes hard to find an employee in different departments.
I go to get a Levolor blind custom cut. Upon taking it home, I go to hang it and it fell into pieces. To get me out the door, the employees shoved it in a box and didn't reassemble after they cut it. It's taken me over and hour to reconstruct. What happened to Pride in your job and customer service? I'm not happy and will have to make the drive to Home Depot going forward. So disappointed... Again
Great Lowes! We stopped for some plumbing parts and they were very well stocked. There were a couple employees who both offered to help. I found everything we needed very quickly. Only wish they had a bathroom near the front of the store.
I get most of my plants here. They have good appliance sales and payment options thou paying your bill is confusing with specialty items. Pretty well stocked thou limited selection on some things. My family has spent thousands at this store over the years. Had good and bad experiences with services. Sales people are generally very helpful and knowledgeable when available.
