Best Buy here is much like you would find anywhere else. They have a wide selection of merchandise and the prices are typical for all the Best Buy you would shop.

They go through times when they hire all new people. There is still a few of the old guys around. I've always been curious why. But I enjoy coming here and pretty much always have a great experience

I purchased my laptop and printer here as well as ink. Best buy also takes computers that died. They are recycled in a responsible way. Prices are reasonable and service is good. Knowledgeable staff

It's a small town. So they do well considering. BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE FOR CAR AUDIO!!! NEVER

I just had the worst experience at Best Buy in Waynesville, NC. We bought our son a set of Beats earphones for Christmas. I picked up the wrong color. I chose red/black instead of the solid black. We returned them today to exchange them and the cashier said that we owed an additional $32.09 after what was supposed to be an even exchange with receipt in hand proving we just bought them last Thursday before Christmas. I explained that they were all the same price and questioned why the extra money was now owed. She called for a manager. JEFF the manager on duty came to register. He wanted to know what the problem was. We proceeded to explain we simply wanted to just exchange for a different color. He told me that wouldn't happened because different colors cost different amounts??? For the exact same product?? I don't think so jerk!! I explained that they had a huge display of all colors for the same price on Thursday. He said well they are not today and nothing he could do about. We all know that is a bald face lie as managers have the ability to override things and make it right. We had the receipt and everything but apparently that doesn't matter at Best Buy in Waynesville. Customer service is NOT their #1 priority and manager JEFF proved that tonight!!!!!
