I have been cared for by Dr. MICHAEL BROWN and his staff for many years. I am very thankful for the kindness and the genuine care I've received. In this fast paced world we live in. I can say the extra time and effort I receive is a thing of the past. This Doctor will listen to you. And he is hands on. Much like the great old school doctors that treated us in the past. I turned in all information to become a new patient on 06/19/15. After waiting weeks even though I was told it would only take 3 business days to schedule an appointment after insurance verification. I called on 07/02/15 to find out the status. I spoke with their office manager Linda. Linda stated to me that the intake rep that took my information no longer works there and to hold while she found my information. After 19 minutes of waiting Linda came back to tell me that their Internet is not working and that she will call me back by the end of business day. Guess what? I never received a call. I called back on 07/07/15 and was sent directly to Linda's voice mail. Guess what again? I never received a call back. So I called today and spoke with their rep Lynn to file a complaint, she proceeded to tell me that she's new and has been there for only a couple of days and doesn't know whom I should speak with. She transfers me to Linda who proceeds to tell me that Libby doesn't feel comfortable with taking me on as a patient because I have fibromyalgia and spinal stenosis. Even though I know several of Doctor Brown's patients that have either fibromyalgia or spinal stenosis. When I told her that she asked me who . I told her a few names and she stated that she will talk to Doctor Brown and will call me back... aka she's not calling me back. She also referred me to Mountain medical physician. .. really? I guess they don't want money and their jobs are secure enough to turn down revenue. ... I will be filing a complaint with the BBB about the shenanigans at this facility.
We just moved here as well and as I dont know the doctor because we were not one of his chosen ones, the receptionist on the other hand is horrible. She has a God like complex who thinks she can pick and choose who she helps and who to be nice to. Karma is a b@#&%, and one day she will get sick and need help and I hope and pray that someone treats her the way she treated us. I hope this place shuts down and if I could write bad words I would.
If there was a negative star i would rate it like that...we just moved from Florida. .had same dr for 10 years, great relationship! Went to fill out VERY SHORT questionere and was told we would hear if we are ACCEPTED as a new patient. .mind you we have blue cross and blue shield insurance..received a phone call this morning that dr brown will not take on my husband or myself as new patents when originally told he was taking on new patents. ..i asked for a reason she had none. .just said doctor tells us yes or no...now mind you we have no serious health issues. Shop around, this all just seems fishy...and office waiting room seemed run down....
Doctor Michael Brown is THE best doctor anyone could have ! I have seen him for years ,and could never ask for a more compassionate person/doctor ! He don't stop trying until he has found the best care,and treatment for all his patients.... The staff is so sweet ,and caring . I would strongly recommend him as a # 1 Physician where ever you come from !
