Just awful. $50 Manager's Special wash and they left tape residue on the front wheel well, tape residue on the rear window interior, dust and filth in the corners of the dash, they did NOT vacuum out the space under the backseat, they did NOT vacuum the dust from the emergency brake well, and if they did spray fragrance, it was completely undetectable. I wish I could leave 0 stars, but they can have 1 star for the fact that they did actually vacuum the carpets and wash the car.
They do a great job pretty much every time. They always seem to be severely understaffed and normally takes a good while but the end result is worth it.
Offer a lot of wash selections. Has been completely rebuilt/upgraded and washes great. Have a drive-through now if you only need a quick wash. Most workers do a great job finishing the vehicles but if you have an issue they have no problem resolving it. Main problem is vacuuming - have had to send my vehicles back every single time!!! They have a nice inside waiting room, bathrooms, benches outside, full windows inside and out so you can watch the process, email club for monthly coupons and specials.
I don’t mind paying for quality service at all, but it was far from that. I payed for the next to best service for my 2 vehicles almost $50.00. When it was all said and done the vehicles were 1/2 clean on the exterior with paying for hand drying cleaning service. The floor mats in my brand new truck (less than a week old) had oil like stains on them from the employees boots who cleaned the vehicle. I had to go home and finish cleaning both vehicles. I will not do business with them again.
Just a little pricey for a car wash. Employees don't go out of their way to do their jobs. If you don't point out things they miss. They will just hit the high spots. Definitely not self starters! Wish there was another car wash in the area. Kinda have cornered the market. And act like it.....
