My experience was 50/50. They picked me up and dropped me off, which was very convenient and helpful. Those persons were very cordial and pleasant. When it came to getting the car I felt very pressured to get the insurance and while a free upgrade is nice most of the time, I wanted the smallest car with the best mileage for this trip. I was put into a vehicle I did not like and rushed through the inspection process, the Enterprise rep marked the won't amount of gas in the tank and at this point I didn't want to argue, I just wanted to sign and leave. Then when I received my final bill, I had paid with a debit card, u was not told how much money was being held for a deposit and was shocked. It was almost $400 for a 3 day rental.
Turned out the car ran well in the rain but was very uncomfortable. I'm the end for a short weekend trip I'm just going to drive my own vehicle.
Nick was wonderful! I needed to add an extra day to my rental and there was no issue with that. On the day of the rental Nick was very professional, made sure to answer any questions that I had and made sure that I had everything that I needed. Will definitely use the mm again in the future.
Has to be the most friendly staff in the fleet. The manager Nick is awesome. Always remembers my name and always makes it happen. Love this place.
